Fleurs Sur Mesure offers complimentary delivery throughout the Chicago “Loop”. For hand-deliveries outside our complementary delivery area, a fee will be applied. The delivery fee will be calculated based on the delivery address during the checkout.

REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES: Because of multiple variables, including Chicago traffic, we are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time. However, you can request a delivery time-frame by filling in the special instruction box when completing your order. We will do our best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred time frame. Please call to speak with one of our design professionals for special delivery request.

IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME: In the event the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone unless you provided us with special instructions on your order form. However, if we are unable to reach you we may place the delivery in a safe place (such as in a shaded area on the front porch or with a neighbor) or we may leave a message to arrange for future delivery. In some instances the recipient may be contacted (unless we are instructed not to in the order details).


In order to promptly deliver our fresh arrangements, processing begins almost immediately once you have submitted your order. However, should you wish to change or cancel your order, you are welcome to call us to check whether the processing of an order has commenced, and if it has not we may be able to accommodate your request to cancel and will do our best to meet your needs.

Any changes to or cancellation of an order can only be made with Fleurs Sur Mesures prior written approval and additional charges may apply. Any agreement by Fleurs Sur Mesure to accommodate a cancellation request will be conditioned upon payment of any and all costs, charges and expenses already incurred by Fleurs Sur Mesure to that point, and you agree that such amounts may be deducted from any payments previously made to Fleurs Sur Mesure. Please be sure to check your order before submitting it.


All sales concluded at Fleurs Sur Mesure are final. We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to info@fsmesure.com. Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by Fleurs Sur Mesure.
